WHERE DO AIRLINES FLY FROM HALIFAX?

As of early 2010 the following are scheduled non-stop destinations or origins of airline flights in and out of Halifax.     Please note that "non-stop" and "direct" are not the same thing.    A direct flight is one in which a passenger can fly from one airport to another without changing planes.   For example if Air Canada flight 111 flies from Halifax to Montreal and then takes off, still as Flight 111, to Winnipeg, then it can be said that the flight from Halifax to Montreal is non-stop, but both Montreal and Winnipeg are "direct" from Halifax.

Note that Helsinki is listed as the origin or destination of fuel-stop Finnish aircraft that are enroute to or from Caribbean and Mexican resort airports.  No passengers are embarked or disembarked at Halifax for these flights.
