This department deals with forest management including
forest fires, as well as administration of the Fish and Wildlife Act. Employees may be forest rangers, game
wardens, foresters or other workers.
Each region has its own set of channels 1 to 8, therefore on newer
radios the channel number is proceeded by the region number (for example
Channel #1 in region one would display “11”).
Radio Call signs are assigned to individuals and not vehicles. All
repeaters in each region are simulcast.
